About Us

In 2022 Jennifer Allums, founder of All in One Property Solutions, bought her first rental property through personal necessity. Overcoming obstacles as she found her path; she was able to make connections with local property managers and out of state investors.  With these connections, she discovered a need for an investor friendly team that could take a rental or flip from start to finish with little stress for the owner. This includes – repairs inside and out, cleaning and listing properties. Jennifer built this team of connections over the course of the past few years with individuals that share the same passions as her.

The All In One Property Solutions motto: “stay positive, work hard, make it happen.”  As this would suggest, her team is determined to find a cost-effective, high-quality solution to bring affordable housing to the Fayetteville area and its surrounding communities.

 Partnered investors quickly saw the teams diligence and dedication, and the company continues to grow.  All In One Property Solutions now specializes in tenant turnovers, residential remodeling, and home repair.   While working closely with local experts, All in One Property Solutions is ready and dedicated to deliver high quality and affordable results that will exceed expectations.
