In 2022, Jennifer Allums, founder of All in One Property Solutions, purchased her first rental property out of personal necessity. Overcoming various obstacles along the way, she built connections with local property managers and out-of-state investors. Through these connections, she discovered a need for an investor-friendly team that could take a rental property and flip it from start to finish with minimal stress for the property owner. This includes repairs inside and out, cleaning, and listing properties.

In the beginning of 2024, Jennifer met Nico Rivera and was immediately impressed by his dedication, work ethic, and commitment to excellence. With over 10 years of experience in the construction industry, Nico has deep roots in the field, having grown up surrounded by it. At 18, he enlisted in the Army, where he not only served his country but also focused on personal growth. Afterward, he joined Habitat for Humanity, where he honed his skills and began working toward his General Contracting license. Nico continues to challenge himself, learning new techniques and striving to improve, all while ensuring top-notch service for his clients.

Together, Jennifer and Nico form a powerful team. Both are committed to helping others while continually improving themselves and their business.
